Mike Kelly

Mike has spent the last 30 years working in the Telecoms industry with major network equipment vendors including Nortel Networks and STC. Mike has also spent a period of his career as an advisor to the British Government cabinet office on information technology topics. Mike’s background is in systems/software architecture and design with extensive experience in Operations Systems specification and development. For the last three years Mike has been consulting in the areas of Business Process Modelling for telecommunications, focused on the TeleManagement Forum’s Enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM). Mike has advised a number of telecoms operators in their adoption of the eTOM and has carried out numerous training and consultancy engagements surrounding the eTOM.
